These Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products offered by Ursul to consumers.
Any order placed on our website implies prior acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Final validation of the order constitutes full acceptance and acts as an electronic signature.
Contractual information will be confirmed by email to the address provided at checkout.
Computerised records kept by Ursul under reasonable security conditions constitute proof of communications, orders and payments between the parties.
Order forms and invoices are archived on a reliable and durable medium that may be produced as evidence.
Prices are stated in euros, including all taxes and excluding shipping costs. The prices applied are those in effect at the time of order confirmation.
Any change in the applicable VAT rate will be automatically reflected in product prices.
Payment in several instalments or deferred payment is offered by Alma for settling purchases. By choosing this payment method, the buyer (“Buyer”) accepts Alma’s instalment or deferred payment contract.
We take great care in describing our products. However, minor variations may occur. Photos, descriptions and prices are not contractually binding.
Ursul reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer. Deliveries are made within Metropolitan France.
All parcels leave our workshop in perfect condition. Customers must check the package upon receipt and report any anomaly to the carrier.
In case of delay or loss, an investigation will be opened with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, a replacement will be sent free of charge.
Any anomaly (damage, missing product, damaged parcel) must be noted on the delivery slip and confirmed by registered mail to the carrier within two (2) working days. A copy must be sent to Ursul.
Claims must be made on the day of delivery or the next working day at the latest.
In case of a delivery error, items must be returned complete, in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs will be borne by Ursul unless the customer’s declaration proves incorrect.
The customer has a period of 21 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Under French law (Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code), personalised items (engraved, modified or made-to-order) cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Refunds are issued within a maximum of 10 working days after receipt and inspection of the returned products.
Free shipping applies only to completed orders. In case of exceptional refunds, the actual shipping costs (outbound and return) may be deducted from the refunded amount.
Ursul products come with a 1-year warranty. Products modified or repaired by unauthorised persons are excluded from this warranty.
The use of trademarks, images or any content from the website is prohibited without prior written authorisation.
Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform due to an event of force majeure, as defined under French law and case law.
Customer data is used solely for processing orders and, if consent is given, for commercial communication.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), customers have rights of access, rectification, portability, erasure and restriction. These rights may be exercised via the contact form.

In the event of a dispute, the customer shall first contact Ursul to seek an amicable resolution.
For sales to business customers, any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Paris Commercial Court.
