RETURNS AND REFUND

You have the option of exchanging your product within 21 days of receipt of your order.

All returned items will be subject to verification: these must be returned new and in their original condition. As such, any returned product that is damaged or worn will not be taken back and will be returned to you.

The return shipping costs are at your expense, the reshipping of the exchanged product will be at our expense.

Packages must be returned in colissimo with signature and insurance.

The right of withdrawal only applies to natural persons on our website ursul.fr and ursul.com

In accordance with Articles L. 120-20, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to return, at his own expense, products that do not suit him. This period runs from the day of receipt of the consumer's order. Any return may be reported in advance to the customer service of the Ursul brand. The product must be returned to the address of the Ursul company. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Packages must be returned by Colissimo with signature and insurance.

Only products returned as a whole will be taken back, in their complete and intact original packaging, and in perfect condition for resale. Any product that has been damaged, or whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be refunded, taken back or exchanged. This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty. Shipping costs are not refunded.

In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the brand will reimburse  on the means of payment used for the initial order upon receipt of the return package and within a maximum period of ten calendar days.
