RETURNS AND REFUND


PRODUCT EXCHANGE

You have the option to exchange your product within 21 days of receipt of your order.

All returned items will be subject to verification: they must be returned new and in their original condition. As such, any returned product that is damaged or worn will not be taken back and will be returned to you.

Products personalized with engraving are not exchangeable with the exception of personalization on leather which can be exchanged by paying an additional €30 including tax.

Return shipping costs are the exclusive responsibility of the customer, the reshipment of the exchanged product being the responsibility of Ursul Paris.

Parcels must be returned by colissimo with signature and insurance, for France or by any other carrier ensuring delivery with ad valorem insurance against signature for the rest of the world.

We do not have a returns form, so please indicate to us on plain paper your name, order number and the nature of the exchange you wish to make.

REFUND

The right of withdrawal only applies to individuals on our site ursul.fr and ursul.com and ursul.es

In accordance with articles L. 120-20, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to return, at his own expense, products that do not suit him. This period runs from the day of receipt of the consumer's order. Any returns may be reported in advance to the Ursul brand customer service. The product must be returned to the Ursul company address. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Only products returned as a whole, in their original packaging, complete and intact, and in perfect condition for resale will be taken back. Any product which has been damaged, or whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be refunded. This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty. Personalized products are non-refundable.

Shipping costs are not refunded.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the brand will reimburse the means of payment used for the initial order upon receipt of the return package and within a maximum period of ten calendar days.
